Hello, hello! How exciting! First post! Very nerve racking to post online but this is inspired by my friend who loves the vintage web and all things 90s/2000s webcore and old internet. I wanted to create my own blog that I am able to share all my little interests and projects and whatnot. I have an old instagram spam account I've been posting to and archiving my photos online but I wanted something a little more anonymous and a bit more customised and organized. My said friend and I are planning to get together tomorrow to watch Bridgeton season 4 together and have ourselves a little tea party, which I am so excited to bake for and try out new vegan recipes. Being vegan doesn't feel like the most evil thing in the world nowadays but it is becoming more political in my eyes. Not letting myself subcumb to the USA capitalism of the dairy/meat/Big Pharma lifestyles that have been laid out before me. I like the extra added control aspect in my life. Creating this site adds control to my life that I generously welcome but I am avoiding practicing my dj skills for an upcoming show or procrastinating writing my book (even though my story is all fleshed out in my head but I think it's my fear of perfectionsim and that I won't write anything good that prevents me from actually writing it).

I do hope that I really lean into customizing this site and really start to flesh it out well so it's interesting to explore. There's so many trinkets and images that I would like to add. I really enjoy interactive websites and everyone leaving a little of themselves everywhere. It's like leaving little legacies that will never be forgotten until the world collapses and the internet dies.
